Very poor property management company which fails to service its clients. When confronted the owner will make false statements and blame others.
Lewis Companies are property management for my condominium. A mower smashed my patio door. Lewis companies was notified by failed to act and allowed condo to remain open and unsecured for over 2 weeks while my tenant (daughter) was away at home for vacation. Weather, bugs and crooks were allowed to pilfer entire condo. Lewis Companies accept no responsibility for what they are paid to do and only blame others. Blacked my communication as I tried to work with them
Terrible company . I have been a remand for years and not once they have come to fix the issue at hand. The employees are rude and unprofessional. Absolute worse company!!!
I am disappointed with this company. When I searched house for rent on the website, I saw pictures of 5908 Stumberg Ln unit 38, it was clean, the floor was tiled. I signed the lease and made the payments. Ms. Inga told me that unit 36 is exactly the same. When she showed me the property on Facetime, inside the house was dark because there was no electric and I could only see what she showed me. I saw that the floor was carpeted.
