Your service manager needs to learn about human compassion. And I sincerely hope that when I was called as I was walking out of the bank to get a loan that was to pay for the "consequential damage" for parts that were causing others to fail that were NOT covered under the warranty that was sold to me, being told that the service manager and OWNER of the dealership that they demanded to know what time I was bringing their loaner back to them THAT day, after having my car just shy a month, is not how you treat all your custome... read more
