We have been here twice with our daughter with asthma. We were taken care quickly and all the staff has been wonderful! I recommend this ER over the downtown campus.
Great care & excellent staff
Terrible customer service. Do Not go there if Your skin color is Black!!! Terrible staff! Facet water in my daughter room did not work. There was no way to wash hands! And than Nurse lies straight to my face. And They Did Absolutely Nothing for the care of My child even after sitting there in the room for 45 minutes!!! I guess you have to have blonde hair and blue eyes to get help for children at this hospital. Zero stars. The worse Childrens Hospital Ever!!!
Absolutely too slow shouldn’t have to wait two hours
