My daughter was recommended here by her PCP and we waited 5 hours for her name to be called. The entire five hours, it felt like we were in a slaughterhouse. The screaming from the patients was heard to the bottom floor from the top. When her name was finally called, he told her she needed bone grafts to which she then asked for me to come up.
