The absolute worst!!!!! They have been inconsiderate this whole process and after stating that the check is keeping us from paying for my daughters school tuition and that’s why we are frustrated it has taken them so long to get back to us on things this is the response i got when stated I will continue to call and check on the settlement daily. Rude and unprofessional
