This place is a joke! My sister bought an envoy from them . Everything that can be wrong with a car is! She contacted the owner today who said he isn’t not going to do anything for her ! She’s already paid 1/2 if the car off . They say if you don’t like it leave it here. She asked for some of the money back the owner laughed and hung up the phone ! 1 start is being nice . There was no option for 0! Needless to say they are scum that takes advantage of people and place them in dangerous cars!
This place is horrible.i just bought a car and two days later the transmission went out. I have talk to them and they just didn't want to do anything..do not buy cars from then be aware...
Told me the car was fine; nothing wrong. How do I buy a car & transmission is bad & tell me that they are going to fix it for free but give me a call back later to say its "$350" to fix it. ?? Doesn't make sense. This is so stressful. How do they sell broken cars? Omg irratated asf
My sister bought a car here. She was told that the vehicle was reliable and would hold up for a while given that the car was taken care of properly. Sounded nice, but what he didn't tell her was that the engine was shot and that she only had a good three weeks to drive it. Went to the dealership and the manager basically told her "oh well". Now she is stuck paying on their vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE!
My sister who is a new mom went to you guys when she was pregnant with her child. Whoever helped her that day definitely had known she was carrying a child. They knew she had a very fixed budget and decided to use her and sell her a car that would last only a few months. The engine is shot and she has no car and no money to repair what she shouldn't have to repair in the first place. I was going to get a car their after she showed me her car, but I'm glad I waited and know I can't trust you.
They steal money from you so be very careful when you make payments. WORST people working there, the owner and workers are very unprofessional. They are so nice once they know you're gonna buy a car but after that they're very unprofessional. Never going back so beware!!!
