I appreciated the low pressure sales approach from Chad. He wanted to help us find the car we wanted instead of pressuring us to commit to “what can you pay?, where do you want your payments to be?…” This was the only vehicle purchase we’ve ever made that was actually a pleasant experience. Worst Car lot in NWA ... Got a vehicle in March and to this day they are still working on it I haven't even had it for a month straight since I purchased it they keep ity it 2 months at a time and jus keep saying we are waiting to hear frm warranty or jus flat out give the runaround
