Friendly, professional, and well informed I must have interviewed more than 10 attornys before I chose Mr. Kaufman. good Michael is a hassle-free bankruptcy lawyer. I had zero problems after having my bankruptcy filed through him and I am grateful for all of the work he did on my behalf. Miserable Experience!!! Utterly rude and unprofessional!! This office is the most rude and demeaning law firm I have ever visited! The staff treats you as if you were dirt beneath their feet. The woman who "greeted" me (and I use that term very loosely!) was surly and crude. She spoke to me as if she was doing me a favor. Huge Help! I hired Mr. Kaufman to handle a Chapter 13 case for me. I had a car with too much equity in it to keep it safe in a Chapter 7. He talked to all of my creditors and really stood up for me with their demands. He was also very helpful with my case Trustee and showed some real backbone when she attempted to ridicule him. I very much trusted him and it paid off very well for me. Due to his help, I was able to get my life back on track and have a fresh start.
