Lewis Apartment Communities is terrible. Their leasing office employees are rude and act like you are bothering them when you are paying huge expensive rent. Just because people live in apartments does not mean they are stupid or poor. Lewis needs to take care of their renters and stop worrying about making money. Apartment owners should be held to a higher standard under the law.
I went looking for pricing at Sunscape and the homecoming in Rancho Cucamonga today around 130. Normally, I’m used to dealing with lazy kids, but the two kids that I dealt with the girl over at Sunscape and the boy that was over at home. Homecoming couldn’t have been any more worthless or less helpful. I asked for pricing neither one of them would provide pricing. The boys said oh yeah, they’re on the website. That boy couldn’t have been any less helpful or worth worthless. I’m glad I don’t live in this community.
Seeing a property manager (faith holmes) publicly mock residents on social media for wanting to contact corporate is unacceptable. It sends the message that tenant concerns are a joke and that management doesn’t value accountability. Professional property managers represent the community both online and offline. The staff is very friendly isaac help me with everything I needed to do
This review is for the maintenance supervisor, Reymond. We've been long term residents of the Terra Vista Community. Needless to say, we've required numerous maintenance work through the years. Reymond is the first to leave such a nice lasting impression that inspired this review. He's efficient, friendly, and always quick to complete his work. Lewis Community is very lucky to have him on board!
