This review is for the maintenance supervisor, Reymond. We've been long term residents of the Terra Vista Community. Needless to say, we've required numerous maintenance work through the years. Reymond is the first to leave such a nice lasting impression that inspired this review. He's efficient, friendly, and always quick to complete his work. Lewis Community is very lucky to have him on board!

I filed a complaint millions of times, but I’m pretty sure they will be in the lawsuit soon. They are the most racist company and promotes. We are here to support families. Homecoming in Chino and Del Mar in Rancho Cucamonga have become very unsafe lately. Too many section 8 housing voucher recipients moving in the past year which has resulted in a very unsafe community. Management will tell the good residents that the rise in theft and break ins is their fault and not the unvetted people they’ve been letting in who are never held accountable.
