Had keypad come loose on my 22 F150 on Friday 8/8/25 in Yankton SD. I stoped in as my truck warranty is going to be up in a couple months. Gal at service counter didn’t get her name took picture of it to start ticket so it would be covered under warranty to order parts. She came back and said they had keypad on shelf and would have it done in an hour or so. What great service from her and their service department. I know when it comes time to buy where I will be shopping.
Worked with LeAnn and Dylan and had a pleasurable experience and got a great deal. I was surprised by their offer on trade-in. Overall a really good customer experience.
Leaving on vacation from Yankton and the brake light came on and the brakes were “jumpy”. We drove to the dealer, they took the time to look symptoms up on computer, printed us a copy of how to simply correct the ABS system warning indicator. It worked ! Thanks to the Yankton Ford Dealership!
