Recently, I received a recall notification for my Ford Ranger. I contacted Lewis and Clark Ford Lincoln's Service Department, where i was greeted by a very polite gentleman who set up an appointment to pick up my vehicle from my home. They scheduled a time; it was pick up and delivered back to me in an impressive time frame the same day. In this regard, I give the highest rating allowed.
They fixed our recall without issue and the vehicle performs perfectly!! Great staff and very informative.
Great customer service in the service department!
Poor communication typically and lack of service or follow up.
Got oil changed. Waiting area very Clean was offered something to drink and kept informed on what they found needed repaired. Staff all very friendly
