I ordered a used Prius over the phone with Rick Kerkman, delivered to my retirement home. I was ill the day it arrived. Latter I discovered the car was misrepresented. When the fraud department at the bank put a hold on the payment, Rick Kerkman called me and threatened to call the police, a law abiding senior citizen's nightmare, rather than taking the misrepresented car back. Phil Spady, the owner, and Rick Kerkman, the sales manager, have been made aware of how to reach me. No contact from them in weeks.
Very understanding & called twice to give me update on my vehicle. Recommend them !

Went in for 15000 mile service. Greeted by Austin, who answered my questions, treated me with respect and kindness, and finished work on my car in a timely fashion. Well done.
