Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, I was always attended to
