After working with Dr. Pfaff for over 2 years, his office has CLOSED with no warning!! I had two injections scheduled for tomorrow!! I was NEVER notified by them!! I’m so upset and disappointed that sitting here sobbing….
Talk about UNPROFESSIONAL....CLOSED The doors with No Warning.... But Ole Reliable Scott, the one that answers the phone Lied right up to the last minute.... He'll call you back, he'll call you back.... Do not let this office treat you. Lost files, wrong pharmacy, political views displayed and broadcasted in PT areas. No meds, no BP, still in street clothes and expected to lie down and get injections! I refused tx and his answer was "I was hoping you would say that". CRAZY no reassurance, no calming anxiety, just taunting.
Instead of the office getting approval for a consult appointment from BWC, They want the patient to get it. I guess you would have to book your own appointment also. That is office responsibility, that's what your paid for. Thanks but no thanks.
I got COVID so I called and canceled my appointment so I would not infect the doctor, or the staff and they still charged me 50.00 unbelievable. Just unprofessional! So somewhere else.
