Instead of the office getting approval for a consult appointment from BWC, They want the patient to get it. I guess you would have to book your own appointment also. That is office responsibility, that's what your paid for. Thanks but no thanks.
I got COVID so I called and canceled my appointment so I would not infect the doctor, or the staff and they still charged me 50.00 unbelievable. Just unprofessional! So somewhere else.

Well it was nice to receive a NO SHOW BILL.....ESPECIALLY SINCE I WAS THERE but very unprofessional and rude staff member closed window in my face. RUDE STAFF and it is a shame because Dr. Pfaff was a great doctor. FYI this isn't the 1st time staff was rude or unprofessional. They allowed me to walk out of office after having injections in my neck and meds in my sysy6to keep calm during procedure. Also fell 2 times in hallw7and once right in front of them
