Lew made it a point to learn what my needs and wants in a house were, (and there were many), and made them a priority in each viewing, to the extent that he would remind me of those needs/wants when I was ready to "settle" for something that wasn't quite right. OUTSTANDING REALTOR!!!! Lew went above and beyond in selling my mom’s condo that fell under the 40b criteria. It was a very, very longggg and complex process but he always calm and pleasant, while also remaining very involved, excellent in communicating with all parties and was always on top of the situation!
