Had a very bad experience with this firm. Agent brought buyer to an investment prop. that I am selling. Client was disrespectful to me during showing. I made it very clear what I would and would not take for this home. Agent sent over insultingly low-ball offer anyway. When I tried to reasonably negotiate with them, I was sent E-mails that were very unprofessional and downright nasty.
