When comforting my nervous 7year old who was getting a retainer for the first time, I was pulled away by Dr Levy and told to let the staff do their job and to go sit down and play on my phone. Since the office is open plan and to avoid a scene I turned on my heel and went back to my daughter totally disregarding how I’d just been spoken too. The female staff members are wonderful, sorry to leave but we won’t be back.
Have been so very happy here, and am glad I chose this office for treatment. The entire staff is amazing. The front desk is super friendly. Rose has been an incredible help with setting up affordable payments. The dental assistants always get me seated on time, and Dr. Levy never rushes my visit and takes time to explain what he is doing. My teeth are already looking so much better!
Love this office, it runs on time! We never have to wait past our appointment time and the staff is super friendly. My daughter's teeth are already looking so much better and we're not even done with the braces.
Visits for years. Never any conflicts. Had an appliance issue, and office secretary, Rose, came on the phone one day and asked, "What do you want now?! That did it for me, and I can no longer recommend this office. Rude front desk behavior is not acceptable for a medical and/or dental practice.
If there was an option to give less than 1 I would select it. Staff was not very friendly and doctor was very condescending. Buyer beware.
