I have been seeing Dr. Levy for the past 8 years. I am shocked by some of these reviews. He cured me of bladder cancer. He removed the tumors and cysts on my kidneys. He was very professional and never once rude in what was a truly a scary time of my life. It has been 8 years now, with repeated bladder scopes and not one single recurrence of the cancerous tumors or cysts. I am only seeing these reviews now as I am making an appointment for my 17 year old son. I whole heartedly trust Dr. Levy.
Very upsetting how he treats his patients so poorly & without any sort of emotion or compassion. I would highly recommend you find a new doctor if you’re reading this. You won’t have a good experience.
I had a vasectomy done by Dr. Levy . He gave me IV Valium and missed my vein. As he was injecting I told him that I didn’t feel like he was actually in my vein and that it hurt very badly . He proceeded to inject the whole syringe into my arm anyways causing me swelling and very much pain. He said “ I may have missed a little bit, but most of it is in.” My arm is swollen and red and throbbing with pain even hours after procedure . He went on with the next step of procedure . A one star is generous. Would never go back.
After going to the emergency room for kidney stones and overwhelming pain I got an appointment after about a week, joe levy seen me and set up a ct scan for the next week and another appointment with him a week after. Ct scan found an 8mm stone, levy cancelled next appointment the same day and then canceled the rescheduled appointment. After a week or so I finally get to see him and he says it has moved and now I need an xray .
