I've had two experiences thus far of many more to come on my treatment plan. The office is so warm and welcoming and made me feel like family. Although my copays burn my pocket, they make it feel so worth it. More importantly, I can smile again and I highly recommend them.
I really like Dr. Levy and his staff. He is thorough and knows what he's doing. I just suggest the staff work on things like changing gloves before doing things like walking out and back into the office then working in my mouth. They're in my mouth I'd prefer they work in there with fresh gloves. Just overall hygiene is critical.
Contacted the Dentist a few days ago, The Young Lady that answered the phone appeared to have been annoyed with me, for simply calling, and asking if they were accepting new patients. She placed me on an extensive hold, somehow we were disconnected, but she did reach back out; nonetheless, she did not give the impression, they wanted me to be part of their outfit. I was able to locate another Dentist, who is part of the network I was seeking.
Great dentist and staff.
