We contacted Adrienne, she came to visit and look around and was certain our estate would do $40-$50k. We set a date which was a month away and she assured us she would be back to stage everything and get it all sorted and set up. She did come back a couple of times but not when she told us she would be there. A couple of days before sale time she did come and get things sorted but nothing was marked, and no lists were made as to what we had to sell.
