RecommendedAs a new transplant to Reno I have found my automotive repair shop!! Levrett Automotive has taken care of my truck twice now and I could not be happier with the service. It's nice to find a service company that rembers what great customer service looks like. Levrett's is the only place my vehicles will be going.
My AC was malfunctioning ahead of an upcoming trip. I couldn't get an appointment with my regular mechanic due to overbooking. I come upon Allen's Automotive through a GOOGLE search. I gave them a call and spoke to Kevin who assured me that they would be able to have my car checkout and serviced, same day! This was such a huge relief with my trip down south and in this heat, it would sure to be miserable without AC. My car was inspected, serviced, and returned very fast. Coming home from a week long vacation, pulled into Reno Wed, late afternoon and truck was leaking tranny fluid (ALOT). Not from the area so wasn't sure who to call. 1st call they were to busy. 2nd call also didn't have time. 2nd call did refer us to John at Levrett. Took truck there 8:00 am Thursday, was diagnosed around noon. Tranny had to be pulled, new seals and pump needed. (not a small job). Had truck ready to roll around 3:00 pm on Friday. We found ourselves broken down on a Sunday. After hearing rave reviews about this place we decided to tow our truck to Leverett. The pricing was reasonable and the service was EXECPTIONAL.

They got my vehicle running again in a reasonable amount of time. I felt they were concerned about doing a good job. I’ll definitely use their services again.
Total rip off they dont care about you or your car .......major issues with charging 500 for a two bolt sensor 640 bill both cars for a sensor give me a break !then buying the most expensive part for a 280 k miles car both cars now have numerous problems since bringing them here .....fair and honest ...i dont think so !�������
