PSA: If you must buy this trash here is a tip: ALL of the parts are inside the headrail. Good luck getting the brackets out without bending them. The wand is taped along the bottom rail and is almost impossible to see unless you’re looking for it. Levolor cost me a lot of time and I lost money on a blind job. It took me and 3 Lowe’s employees to find the wand when I went to return. You pissed off my customer. I’ve installed thousands and never dealt with this. Worst $80 36” blinds ever.

Im very disappointed with Levolor, my wife and I bought several Brown Faux Wood blinds and within 3 weeks all of them warped the blinds looks awful now and have warped and expanded so bad they jam in our window seals and are completely uneven. We were told since they were custom cut blinds we wouldn't get a refund. So my wife and I paid over $600 for a bunch of trashy blinds.
