This nail salon is overpriced and charges extra for polish, shaping, styles, etc. just to get subpar results. Don’t bother spending hours online looking for inspo and checking their website for prices beforehand because you’ll end up paying double what you expected. Word to the wise: take the 10-minute extra drive down to the other side of Ashburn and get the same service done correctly, modernized setting both location and service wise, and practically half the cost.
Worst service and have no patience to listen to the customer's request.Found it expensive as well.
Susan is the best! She always matches my request and I am never disappointed she is so talented and such a hard worker. I recommend her or Tina.
The person who did my nails was wonderful — very attentive and patient. However, the service took quite a bit of time and I spent $160 plus tip, and the nails started chipping the very next day. Because of this, I would like to request a refund or a fix, as the quality didn’t last even 24–48 hours.
