I've been a client with this firm for forty years. They have always been most professional and helpful. Additionally, I have never been audited by the IRS! I don't believe they are the least expensive firm, however quality service and favorable outcomes are most important to me and worth the expense.
Called LevitZacks and their receptionist asked me if I looked at their website. I responded that I had. The woman then asked me, "You know that our hourly rate is $250. I responded by saying that was affordable to me. She responded by saying she would relay my message to their "intake committee." I just hung up. Clearly this firm hires turnips and other vegetables as receptionists. I don't know how they get any business with their snobby attitudes.
