They advertise a pool but I’ve lived here since 2019 and the pool never been opened. Would be nice if my kids could play at the playground but it’s very unsafe. Nobody maintains the play area and there is never mulch. We always have mice and rodents. Maintenance men leave trash out front for days even weeks and sometimes months out front after doing different jobs. Our rent goes up every year for poor quality living. Do not move here. You'd be better off living in the streets. Drugs, crime, overdoses, trash, you name it. Don't forget about the roaches and the mice. They will still money from you any way they possibly can. Good luck ever seeing your deposit back.
