Constructive criticism
Went here on two separate occasions, confirmed with them twice that they took my insurance. The secretary double checked. 2 months come by and I receive a bill for $160 in the mail (was supposed to be fully covered) I call in to the office and they state that they changed which insurance they take in between my visit and the time I was billed, they blamed the last secretary who recently retired and informed me that times were tough and they’re doing what they can to stay afloat financially.
