BEWARE. Zero accountability and negligence. She never showed up to our session nor followed up explaining why or to reschedule. Leviticus Turner and Leviticus Lofton are one and the same; I can tell by the same address of her practice. She appears to use a different surname to avoid search matches.
I should have been more cognizant of the red flags prior to actually booking an appt. I called and left 2 voicemails and I wasn’t contacted until I actually sent a text message stating pls let me know if I should move forward with a different provider. The initial appt was great, we scheduled to meet again within 2 weeks via Telehealth app. I sat and waited 15 minutes on the video call just to ensure I wouldn’t miss the provider.
