An hour before we were scheduled to set up the venue, we were told the venue was not clean and not available. The owner was extremely loud and rude on the phone. Family and friends had driven over 2 hours to attend my daughter's Bridal shower. The guests had already arrived in the city and we had venue to have our event. My daughter was left devastated instead of excited about her Bridal shower.

DO NOT PATRONIZE!! Horrible experience. I scheduled an event 6 months ago that was cancelled a half hour before set up. The owner claimed there was no one to clean the space and began to be rude and offered no assistance other than pushing the vent back or getting a refund. No customer service and an overall horrible experience for a bridal shower which should be one of the happiest days in a woman's life.

Very unprofessional. My sister in law had a bridal shower booked months prior to her event. The day of, 3-4 hours prior, the owner canceled. I understand problems pop up out of nowhere, but some extra care taken to make sure our room was ready before the owner went on a trip out of state would have been nice. Perhaps even finding a new venue and offering to pay for it. We had 20+ people coming from all over the area and no where to hold this event. Levitate After 5 is unreliable and would not recommend.

We really enjoyed ourselves for Valentine's Day. The package we chose was affordable. The food and service were great. Would do it again and have recommended my friends as well for the service.

While she got my daughters pictures on her page like she had a good time she did not!! She cried about the service. Because she cried owner offered for them to return next day, however when contacting the owner her response was because my child denied services she did not want to oblige.I paid for facials that were purchased from the dollar store their feet got soaked in buckets and faces wiped off with the same towel instead of using a differnt one on all three girls.
