We have rented from this company for 10 yrs and have not had a single complaints.They try to be sure I'm informed when they come in to do repairs to buildings. They are fair and the property's are well cared for.
I have never been so disappointed in an apartment renting business. The women at the front desk were always rude and tried to degrade us when we called them to tell them about an issue with the dishwasher, fire alarm, etc. Their maintenance guys were incompetent for the job. We told them something that was happening and they just said that's not possible and brushed us off. Well it was happening whether you believed us or not. Our dishwasher NEVER did get fixed.
