Katherine and Carissa are the worst and Dr. Levitan deserves all these bad ratings. I do like Jessica at least. Hopefully they actually consider all relevant context at the next place I get tested.

My experience with Dr. Levitan was extremely disappointing. He did not collect all relevant information, ignored documentation I provided, and failed to request additional details necessary for a proper diagnosis. Rather than conducting an independent evaluation, he echoed another counselor’s diagnosis and refused to consider emotional abuse as part of the assessment. Do NOT go here to get your child evaluated for autism, especially if you’re going through insurance with ACCHS. First, I will say they can get you an appointment quickly HOWEVER if I would have known that they were going to NOT do my son’s evaluation properly I would have sat on a waiting list happily. The lady who did my sons evaluation not only didn’t do anything with him, literally watched him for maybe 20 minutes while having me fill out a questionnaire, once I was done so was the evaluation, remind you an evaluation is ... read more

**editing to add more information ** Me and my son weren't able to do our appt that day because the employee had an emergency but eventually the owner called me directly to remedy the situation. He spoke with concern and compassion and has been determined to make things right. We completed our appt a few days ago and the evaluator was also very kind, patient and compassionate.
