Doctor Schwartz does an amazing job, he is great at what he does, but his staff are lacking. In the past week my husband has called 3 times and left a voicemail each time, I called 4 and left a voicemail each time, and we have yet to get a phone call back. I wouldn’t be as upset if we were new patients, but we aren’t, my husband has been a patient of Schwartz for several years now, and he was just in Schwartzes office 2 weeks prior.
