Dishonest and Untrustworthy I went to this shop expecting an honest evaluation, but instead they tried to rip me off. They told me my rotors were worn out and needed replacing — even though my husband had just installed brand-new rotors two months ago. When I called my husband (who is a mechanic) and told him what they said, he immediately knew something was off. Broke down on the pass after they'd already closed up shop for the night. This wasn't just a blown hose, it required some troubleshooting. They saw me first thing in the morning, and though they were obviously very busy, they did their best to work us in. Got us back on the road by the end of the day. Made it home just fine. Thanks guys! Fair prices and they have a lovely shop dog.
AVOID>>>>> I had a tire that was slowly losing air so I took it into the shop, thinking it was reputable and asked for an estimate as to why it was leaking, and how much the cost would be… After several days of not receiving a call, I called to check on the status and they told me it was fixed and the cost was $37 for valve stem only… Had I known this I would never have had it repaired… When I came in to pick it up and paid , I asked for it to be inflated to the maximum allowed on the sidewall, 44 pounds they had told me the... read more
We were camping in the Tetons for the week and we noticed a leak in one of our tires. We drove into jackson and Levi's got us in right away, found the nail, and had it repaired in 45 min. Good customer service and reasonable prices. Happy that we can make the drive back to Oregon without worry! Thank you
