Wow Bad Costumer service ! Literally, as I entered the store I left, no one asked if I was looking for something, if I needed something. They just kept talking to each other and doing their thing like robots.
Nicely organized, friendly staff and a great sale section.
This Levi store had great customer service. Devante (I believe that was his name - tall brown skin gentleman with locs) was very thorough with his customer service experience! He assisted me with the right size, grabbed everything I needed, and also informed me about sales and signing up all while on the sales floor! He is the perfect example of what great customer service looks like. I don’t live in Chicago (NY girl here) and would come back just to shop based on the customer service I received. Poor management
We had to post about the best experience we’ve have had with the Wicker Park store. My son has a learning disability while I was in the fitting room and my wife in the other. Our son started to have a meltdown. There was an employee with curly hair and glasses.We are not sure if she was management. Which truly doesn’t matter. All we could state is that she came to the rescue. She was very patient and compassionate with him. She talked with him for a while and put him at ease.
