BAD SERVICE. CUSTOMER BEWARE!! THEY SHOW ANGIES LIST REWARD AND THEY DO NOT HAVE IT FOR ALL THEIR LOCATIONS. ANGIE"S LIST IS GOING AFTER THEM FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!!!!I had my Family Room, Office, Dining Room and one set of stairs carpeted. I got 82 sq/yds for \$2,642. I got tile in Master Bath and Laundry Room and got 228 sq/ft. for \$3,768. We used Levis 4 floors two other times, and would of given them an A. Now the grade has dropped on this job to a D. I also think we payed too much. Salesman added in quarter inch ... read more

I have been a long term customer but not anymore. I purchased a hardwood floor May 2011 and from the beginning I had to call them every step of the way. Is the flooring ordered? When will it be delivered? The delivery guy is not here. Should I still wait? The installer is not here and it is 10am. Should I wait?
