AWFUL SCAMING RENTEL COMPANY! I had to hire a lawyer to get out of a house they rented me that was literally deemed inhabital by the city inspector. (Surpise! They re rented the house with ZERO fixing) The windows were NOT REAL GLASS AND ALL PLEXIGLASS. They had ZERO fire alarms. The house is literally sinking so we were never able to use half of it. PLEASE READ FOR YOUR OWN GOOD This was, without question, the worst management team I have ever dealt with. They only addressed issues when they became major problems, and even then, the bare minimum was done. Anything minor was completely ignored. No matter how much effort you put into cleaning before moving out, they will take your security deposit. I spent hours deep-cleaning the entire house, and it still didn’t matter. If you want to keep your security deposit, don’t rent with them. My husband, mother, and I deep cleaned our rental house prior to moving out and yet they charged $330 for cleaning. They charged $420 to paint when we never scratched or touched the walls and left them in the same condition as move in. And THEN charged $207 to replace the mulch which we never touched, and $143 to stain bathroom and kitchen cabinets??? Which again, were left in the same condition as we received them at move in!!! Been at the same property 3 years and I have literally never had a problem with them. I text them and they answer right back. I've had to call maintenance and they always come out and repair things with zero issues. Best rental I've had in YEARS.
