If you don't want your deposit stolen then do not rent from these people. We left our house clean turned it back in just like we received it when we first moved in. There where things that weren't even fixed and we were told that was just cosmetic work so they did not fix it. We took pictures of everything when we moved in and when we moved out. We paid them every month on time never ask for anything for at the end they can take the whole $1700 of deposit saying for cleaning fees and what not. They have horrible costumer ser... read more
Very poor communication skills and passive aggressive. I called for 2 days and nobody picked up I had to go in to their building to speak to someone and when I did it was almost as if they were annoyed that I came in.
Had a great experience with this company. Juan Ayala showed us a few places. He is a great communicator and very quick to respond and helpful. Definitely recommending him to our friends and family.
Juan Ayala was on time, let us tour the house and giving us space while doing so, and was very helpful in any questions we had. We toured two properties with him and had the best experience. He had knowledge of both properties and answered all of our questions.
