These people suck if you want to have a hard time getting in touch with people that can help you, if you want to pay out of pocket for everything even though you don’t own the property this place is for you, if you want to be treated less than human and argue every time it’s time to get something figured out RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE I promise you will be in a shitty situation living in one of their properties and they don’t care about anything but MONEY
Completely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior by a woman claiming to be the owner. Cursing and screaming like a toddler. We pray that Jenny gets the mental help she so desperately needs.
THESE REVIEWS are fake its no way I’ve had this experience with them and they’re just amazing ….NOT GOOD communication at all impossible to get maintenance they literally never pick up the phone and they don’t really care about customer rentals you can tell them anything and it’s so hard to get maintenance. They will let somebody house get ran down. I rented from this company for 4 years. They addressed every issue that arose and fixed it in a timely manner. Octavia and Janelle are wonderful and always take care of what needs to be done. Highly recommend this company! Renting can be a nightmare, but not with them.
