They stole my deposit , they bought the property from another property management that came in and did repairs before the company bought it .& I got on my hands and knees and scrubbed that house til it looked brand new . And had a professional come , I replaced everything! And they put it on the market the same week I moved out and stole my 900 and said repairs and cleaning when the first company did all the repairs! I have been around many property management companies over the years, everything from Air BnBs to standard rent houses. As far as a good, well organized company goes, OKC Management is head and shoulders above every single company I have ever dealt with. Timely repairs, honesty, and a true caring and well managed structure. OKC management does not disappoint. I highly recommend them.
Horrible management. They are consistently rude when you can actually reach anyone, which is rare because they almost never answer the phone or return calls. Maintenance requests sit unanswered and they refuse to fix basic issues at the property. Looking at their other reviews, this is clearly a pattern, not a one-off. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Octavia is a headache to deal with. Stay away from her. Do NOT use this company…. Beware
Do not expect them to fix ANYTHING if you rent from them.
Extremely poor communication, Doesn’t fix maintenance issues just put a Band-Aid on them. Literally impossible to talk to a person all you can do is text them. Do not Recommed at all.
