Would you see a doctor who refuses to give patients their own medical file? Federal HIPAA law gives patients the right to their records within 30 days, so that felt very suspicious to me. I even have a video of the other doctor’s secretary (the one who recommended him) yelling that it’s “that doctor’s policy” not to give patients their files. Birds of a feather flock together…
