Just left there and had the WORST experience! After waiting FOREVER for a psychological evaluation for autism for my kid, they decided to cancel when we got there! No explantation, nobody to help. I was literally, out of luck. They scheduled me a new appointment SO FAR out and made it seem like they didn’t care and couldn’t help me. I was pleased to be able to get a diagnosis for my child so quickly at this location after waiting almost 2 years for my own state to even schedule an appointment. But after getting his diagnosis there was the issue of me getting my own hard copy. I was not sent my own personal hard copy like they do in my state so it’s easier for me to apply for services needed for my child I was told to print it off the app and if whomever needed it didn’t take it like that (which they don’t because when you print it the format isn’t corre... read more

Based off my personal experience, I did not have a good interaction at the Charlotte location. The receptionist had a terrible attitude and someone else came to assist her and had another attitude. However, the Dr had a pleasant attitude and was very welcoming. I will not come back to this location. I will take the trip back down to Concord for better service. Doctors there are phenomenal, this place needs to replace the workers in the front reception. They are rude and didn’t want to follow instructions on which number to call back. After I returned a message, they said the lady that called me wasn’t available and they will leave a message. I told them to call the second number listed on file. What did they do? Woman at front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional said it was too early for her, well then don't have a early job. I called in advance as we live almost 2 hours away and was stuck in traffic and arrived 5minutes late and was not seen. From the moment we arrived the attitude from her was highly unprofessional.
