Very quick response time, great customer service, the tech fixed our issue quickly with minor repair. He didn't push for expensive replacement even though we know we do need that at some point in the near future. He answered all our questions with honesty regarding the requirements and cost for replacement. We will definitely be calling again when it is time to replace our system.
The service tech did a great job on the maintenance. He explained everything he did. I am very happy I switched over to Brothers Heating and Cooling last year.
Fast and complete service. They are not the cheapest, but if you check the quality of their equipment, you'll find that they only install good quality - with minimum 2-3 choices for you. I had a new heating system, hot water heater, and just recently a large A/C unit and fan unit, and it was a very nice, clean, and quickly installed system.
One of the standout features is the system's quiet operation. I can enjoy the perfect indoor temperature without any distracting noise, enhancing the overall ambiance of my living space.
Mark was here on time and fixed our outside unit in minutes. I was truly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I have used Levine Heating and Cooling several times in the past and have always been more than satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service or installation.
