The office opens at 9 am. I called at 905am. the phone must have rang for a minute before anyone answered with a "please hold" Not kidding I was holding till 922am when i finally hung up. This was my first time calling, and last!!! I can not be holding for over 15 minutes. My credit card companies doesn't even keep me that long on hold!! So I did not make an appointment and I will not be visiting their office but if this is how they take appointments I can't imagine how they run their office.
