The facility was easy to access. I found the front desk stafff very polite and friendly. My appointment was on time and handled efficiently.
Very nice staff however, Dr. Lukr Farmer is ALWAYS running behind. I really have no complaints other than, every time my mother has an appointment with Dr. Farmer, he is always late/ running behind. It's not simply 15, or 20 minutes but more, which is not acceptable. I'm unsure if he is simply more slow moving, if so, that's fine, however his appointments should be scheduled out differently, so that his patients aren't left in a room for 30+ minutes past their appointment time, which is what happened to our loved one. Appt on time. Very pleasant nurse. Treated me very well. Dr is also pleasant and very thorough.
