Dr Galapo in the Jewish language is a mench He’s a real caring doctor. I had tests last week. He called me Sunday when he got the results. He was concerned about some and told me so. He told me to call him when I make arrangements to see another doctor. Why did he do this on a Sunday? He’s a mench and cares about his patients. This is besides the fact that he’s great at what he does. He will try everything until I get relief.
As I was trying to explain he cut me off and became extremely argumentative for no reason. My father and I were shocked. He did not read my paperwork about my condition. I came in for a certain issue. At the end of the visit I asked him what about my problem. He said that changes things. Clearly he did not listen to my chief complaint. I have sooo many questions about him that no one seems to want to answer
I highly doubt Dr. Simon Gallopo! I was unable to walk due to severe sciatic pain. Dr. Gallopo reviewed my MRI and used a fluoroscope to see exactly where the nerve pain was originating from. After treatment I was completely pain free! I honestly am telling you this doctor cares so much about his patients. I cannot thank Dr. Simon Gallopo enough! I am completely pain free!
The staff was a bit rude and unhelpful and it seemed as though their protocol in handling patients was more important to them than the patients welfare. Dr Galapo gave a through and extended examination but I couldn't help but get the feeling that he was disappointed that he couldn't find more that was wrong with me. In fact, the few things he found seemed a bit contrived and really had nothing to do with my reason for the visit. It is his show and you as a patient are merely an actor in the production.
Being treated at this office is always a pleasant experience because it's very clean and the wait time is less than 15 minutes. I love the patient-centered care I get here. Dr Volchonok always explains everything with care and in detail, answering any questions I may have. I did my colonoscopy and endoscopy with him, and it was done with precision and quality. Disgrace how they treat you after years of going there. Probably because Dr Artz sold his practice. Front Desk could careless about patient care. Told them I was switching. They didnt bat an eye. Should have made the change sooner
