Great Company. Takes great care of their tenants. Worked with tenants to keep them open through Covid.
Incredibly rude on the phone
Came across a story on tiktok about someone that was assaulted on one of the properties they manage in Falls Church,VA. He provided a police report and everything and this company is refusing to help with any of his medical bills or offering any support. Their negligence of security allowed the person that assaulted him to roam around for 15 minutes free before the cops showed up. Wouldn’t recommend doing business to anyone with them. Big liability waiting to happen.
Not worth the time....look for better property location
