The gentleman at the front desk and Dr. Ward were great when I visited the Glyndon location for the first time in 8/4/25. The one star rating is for the woman working in the frames area. She was very cold and dismissive to my wife and me. It was as if she wanted nothing to do with us and we were in fact bothering her. She wasn’t as warm and friendly as one would think.
