The gentleman at the front desk and Dr. Ward were great when I visited the Glyndon location for the first time in 8/4/25. The one star rating is for the woman working in the frames area. She was very cold and dismissive to my wife and me. It was as if she wanted nothing to do with us and we were in fact bothering her. She wasn’t as warm and friendly as one would think. They have a very flexible schedule. Was there 7/10/25. Very nice office and location easy to get to. Plenty of parking spaces. Not crowded. Receptionist very professional. Dr. was very nice as well and thorough with the eye exam. Will definitely return.
Great experience. Dr Seyboth is very patient with you, explains what he is doing and why he’s doing it. Very good support staff does all the insurance and any other paperwork. Very nice facility and good parking.
