Dr Karl is very friendly and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure going to an appointment with him. He noticed some clouding years past my cataract surgery and sent me to Dr Shalaby in their Overlea location to do what they call a “dusting”. That took care of the problem. Then I went back to finish my normal eye exam. This is Patricia Durrer posting not Larry.
Had a great experience. First time to this location. Staff was all awesome and the lens selection was great!
Everyone from the front desk to the assistants to the doctors are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their patients needs. I love Dr. Karl and frankly wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else!
I had to get the esterman vision Test with a print out for MVA and this place administers this test. The staff was nice and very polite. I had a very short deadline.And they were able to get me in and take care of it.
I'm in MD from CA visiting and one of my contacts split. I didnt have anymore and my order was delayed and arriving late. I was getting my makeup done for an event that evening and desperately needed a replacement immediately. I spent hours calling around trying to get a pack of trials. Levin was the only place that was able to assist me. They had the trials at the front desk for me at no cost so I could grab them and get to my appointment. They saved my evening and I truly appreciate them! 10/10!
