I’ve used them in the past with a business as usual and unremarkable experience- but the staff working at the Levin Eyecare in Belvedere Square were so disrespectful and unprofessional today that it was SHOCKING. If you are in the market for eyewear please use any of their locations but that one. I stopped into Atwater’s afterward for food and the barista told me that he didn’t have great experiences with that particular staff either.
RecommendedMy first time at Levin Eye care and They Are Awesome! I am So Happy I switched! I had The Best Eye exam and they made sure my prescription was correct! A Great selection of frames, Beautiful Office and the Team is So Friendly and makes you so comfortable.. and I didn’t have to wait. I definitely recommend ☺️

RecommendedGreat doctor, as well as phenomenal staff. The staff were all very polite and respectful and the doctor was very receptive and paid attention to everything i had concerns about and helped with every single one. Don't believe the lies of the reviews of people who think they are entitled and the world should stop just for them.
March 2,2020 had the worst experience there.. staff was very rude and unprofessional, one employee YELLED at me and thought it was ok! Very disappointed in her staff and the way she is letting her establishment be ran... very uncouth!
Disappointing office staff. Past few exams have had 45 minute plus wait times. I don’t have time to waste. Why make an appointment if you can’t keep it. Now appointment 'unconfirmed?' I did what was requested by the email sent. Sorry. My time and money will be spent elsewhere.
I like Dr. Jinga. She really helped me today. i like the new contact she reccomended and may switch over for 2018. So far so good .
