We love Dr. Rose. We go to him for almost 10 years. Wonderful doctor! The stagf is always nice.
Great customer service. They always go above and beyond.
Poor service. Some members of the staff are not properly trained. Dr. Derose should better manage his time with patients. Office was not busy and he was at least thirty minutes late. We will never do business with Levin Eycare again.
Levin Eye Group is just fantastic! Dr. DeRose is kind, highly skilled and takes his time with the exam. Kudos to Julie for an easy check in and preliminary exam. Mary assisted in my final selection of eyewear and was helpful in choosing what looked good on me and explained my options thoroughly. It is the best experience I had in years!
Our family of 3 had a great experience at Levin Eye Care in Bel Air. The staff at the front desk were kind, efficient, and made check-in a breeze. Dr. DeRose took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions with care and made us feel like we were in good hands. His calm demeanor, expertise, and thorough approach were incredibly reassuring. The office itself is clean, modern, with a good selection of frames and helpful staff who assisted us in finding the perfect pair of glasses.
