I purchased apparel online and was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery. Unfortunately, whomever shipped one of the pieces from an Etobicoke location shipped the apparel with the security tag still attached. I tried calling and chatting with customer service but only found out that both open at 7am PST, 10am my time. I had to go to a physical store which completely defeated the whole purpose of shopping online, to avoid traffic, finding parking, and crowds in a busy mall.
