We had 3 visits at Dr. Palmer's for my son, who is now 6. Our first 2 visits went well, but our 3rd was very problematic. My son was there for a routine cleaning but voiced that his teeth were hurting. The dental staff did not stop to see if he was ok, rather seemed annoyed and told him that there was "no way" he could be in pain and that he needed to remain still.
