The Levi’s rep Kiesha helped me and my wife have an amazing experience trying on cloths we’re both introverts so it’s super hard for us to go out shopping especially if customer service is rude or not helpful but she was such a pleasure to work with helped my wife feel beautiful and me feel handsome in the cloths we tried on and purchased we would def buy again but specifically if she is there to attend us she def made us feel valued and comfortable and have fun!
First time getting myself jeans and was told to goto Levi’s, super happy with the jeans and a big shoutout to Josh & Ariana for their knowledge and help in my purchase. Great deals at this store!
I usually LOVE this store. The workers are friendly and helpful but I need to give this poor rating because of how hot and musty it was in there today. Jeans are already hard to put on, but impossible when the fitting rooms feel like a rainforest. On top of that, the staff looks exhausted and I cannot blame them because if I could not bare 15 minutes in the store, I could not imagine a whole shift in that heat. Unless youre in the mood to argue with workers that apparently hate the job they took, id avoid this location. They need to work on their customer service, and judging by other recent reviews this is a consistent issue. I walked in with the intent to buy a few pair of jeans. As I was looking, I couldn't remember my levi size, so I asked an employee who wasnot pleasant in any manner.
