They offered a wonderful selection, and the staff members were exceptionally attentive and helpful.
Horrible. Went to go in the store to shop at 7:40 p.m. The girl stood at the door and wouldn't let anyone in. She said "We are closed" I said it's 7:40 what are you talking about?" She said we have 3 people checking out and wanna leave at 8 but you can come in to look but we closed the dressing rooms" What a disgrace. You stay open til 8 not lock the doors at 7:40 waving people away with an attitude. Fire this staff.
Terrible service. Walked up to the door at 7:40pm just to look around not intending to be long at all and the lady was standing at the door waiting for people to walk up so that she could shoe them away. I threw my arms up as in "why" and she refused to even speak to me and tell me why, knowing she didn't close for another 20 minutes. Bad business strategy to stand at the door when you're still open with other costumers inside refusing to let other customers in for no elaborate reason at all with a bad attitude.
Really bad service I was there 7:45 on Saturday and she said we close the store I don’t know why thay shows we open till 8 pm .. I never ever comes that store super bad bad customer service and waste people time lairs…
