Our trained staff can help patients recover from surgery, sports-related injuries, strokes, and accidents.Our Transitions Counseling program is a short-term outpatient program that can be alternative to inpatient psychiatric treatment or a transition from inpatient treatment to traditional outpatient care.

Levi hospital is trash, I’ve been a patient myself there. I now have an elderly friend they were trying to admit today and couldn’t physically pee for them. We tried to see if a catheter could be offered. She needs to be admitted. My friend and I called together and she was letting me speak to the staff for her benefit while on the speaker where she could hear as well. Tiffany was very unprofessional and rude. You can't find a better Dr than DR Downs and his whole team are great. Helped me out tremendously just wish I could do their outpatient but I'm not of town.
I’ve been coming to therapy since August of 2024 and I’m not one to finish therapy. Tammy, Corey and Jenny have been amazing! They really make you feel like you are family! I had ankle surgery in June of 2024 and my ankle is curved and my doctor wants to deem it as a bad ankle and cut it off! Tammy and Corey have worked so hard to make it to where I can walk again with little to no pain. My ankle may look ugly but at least I have it and I’m not sure I would if it wasn’t for them pushing me and keeping me motivated! I’m so tr... read more
