Levi was amazing to work with! I mentioned to him that I was interested in buying my first investment property but I wasn’t totally sure how I was going to do it. I planned on continuing to save up before purchasing but after running some numbers we were able to get creative with using a HELOC to use as the down payment so I would still have cash necessary to fund a small rehab.
